Paulus C. Heule
Since its launch in 1988 by F.F. Carl and Paulus C. Heule, Paulus has served as Executive Officer and as the driving force behind Eenhoorn, LLC and its affiliate companies (“Eenhoorn”). Headquartered in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Eenhoorn is West Michigan's largest international property management and investment company.
Heule’s progressive outlook and hands-on management style continue to profit both Eenhoorn and the communities Eenhoorn enters. He and the entire Eenhoorn team of 325+ employees believe that quality communities emerge from thoughtful design solutions, quality construction, and collaboration with all stakeholders. As a result, Eenhoorn continues to be recognized by institutional lenders and sellers as being an innovative problem-solver for complex development projects.
Respected for his ability to set long-term goals without compromising short-term profitability, Heule works closely with a number of strategic business partners in North America and Europe. However, perhaps the most remarkable aspect of Eenhoorn’s success, and the most indicative of Mr. Heule’s exceptional leadership abilities, has been the rise of Eenhoorn from humble beginnings to a leading international property management and investment company while still maintaining family-focused ethics and values.
